Scott Ryan Leverenz 

Sept. 13, 1978 – June 13, 2014 

Scott Ryan Leverenz passed away suddenly on June 13, 2014 at his home in Chapel Hill, NC. He grew up in Advance, NC and graduated from Davie High School and UNC Wilmington. He was employed by Vietri as an IT Administrator. Scott was a caring thoughtful son, loving devoted brother, considerate uncle, generous nephew and loyal friend. He is survived by his parents, Leigh and Shari Leverenz, sister Kristin (Jeff) Bears, niece Emmaleigh Bears, grandmother Violet Schultz, uncle Gerald (Mary Beth) Ferringer and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott will be remembered for his warm-heartedness, free spirit and his passion for music. The funeral service was held at Clemmons Moravian Church on Thursday June 19, 2014. Memorials may be made to: Seahawk Club, 601 South College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28403 specify that the funds go to the Jon Cooke Scholarship Fund in the memo of the check or to the Clemmons Moravian Church Building Fund.
