Mr. Arnold Edward Fulp, 74, passed away Monday, September 8, 2014. He was born September 25, 1939 in Forsyth County to the late James Paul Fulp, Sr. and Evelyn Butner Fulp. Mr. Fulp was a member of Lewisville Baptist Church. He was born and raised in Lewisville and was in the first graduating class of Southwest High School in 1957. He served as Vice-President and General Manager of American Business Careers Limited of St. Louis, MO retiring after 20 years of service. Mr. Fulp later joined Ford Motor Co. in sales and leasing in Southern California for 20 years retiring in 2001. Preceding him in death were two brothers, James Fulp, Jr. and Tedd Fulp and a sister, Norma Fulp Battaglia. Surviving are four children, Angelique DeLeva (Chris) of Hampton, GA, Suzette Teague (Neal) of Fort Worth, TX, Nicolette Burdett of Semmes, AL, and Geoffrey Garrett of Huntsville, AL; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, George Fulp of Wichita, KS; sister, Mary Frances Franklin of Richmond, VA; also surviving is a special companion, Janice Foster. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Lewisville Baptist Church with Dr. George Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the graveside service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lewisville Baptist Church, 125 Lewisville-Clemmons Rd. Lewisville, NC 27023.
