Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Gilbert Boles, 81, of Advance passed away Monday, November 07, 2016 at Trinity Elms. She was born August 14, 1935 in Forsyth County to Richard Philip and Nell Hemrick Gilbert. Mrs. Boles was a member of Clemmons United Methodist Church, Advance Garden Club and the Oak Valley Ladies Golf Association. She was retired from R.J. Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, R. Bruce Gilbert and a granddaughter, Meredith Leigh Calloway. Surviving is her husband of 61 years, Donald R. Boles; two children, Wendy Boles Calloway and husband Brad of Clemmons and Darren Gilbert Boles and wife Alesia of Advance and four grandchildren, Mitchell Gilbert Boles, Katelyn Leigh Calloway, Emily Meredith Calloway and William “Will” Chase Calloway. A funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with Rev. Paula Northrup officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Gardens of Memory.
