Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 30, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment and driving while impaired, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Subject was driving while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Adam Douglas Trimble was charged with drug paraphernalia.

• July 30, police service-welfare check, 6800 block of Orchard Path Road, Clemmons. Subject had a mental breakdown.

• July 30, police service-welfare check, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Welfare check requested of elderly gentleman.

• July 30, trespassing, 8200 block of Idols Road/Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subjects trespassing on railroad tracks.

• July 30, vandalism, 200 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville, unknown suspect/s damaged paint to victim’s vehicle with damage of $900.

• July 31, Shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole chairs from the sidewalk of a retail business.

• July 31, shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect attempted to leave Rite Aid with items without paying.

• July 31, Larceny, 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole backpack blower with a value of $450.

• July 31, autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject broke a window in a vehicle and removed a purse. Total stolen value of $270.

• July 31, driving while impaired, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject operated a motor vehicle while impaired. Cleared for arrest, Logan Vincent Levigne was charged with impaired driving DWI.

• July 31, police service-information provide, 700 block of Lasley Road, Lewisville. Reporting party worried about ex-tenant causing issues.

• Aug. 1, death investigation, 5600 block of Luperville Drive, Clemmons. A male was located in the living room, deceased, lying in bed.

• Aug. 1, found property, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer left driver’s license at a gas station.

• Aug. 1, involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 3800 block of Venice Drive, Clemmons.  Daughter received IVC paperwork on mother.

• Aug. 1, trouble with neighbor, 800 block of Fox Run Drive, Lewisville. Subject having issue with neighbor’s dog using bathroom on his property.

• Aug. 2, illegal dumping, 7600 block of Beech Tree Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject left trash in victim’s dumpster.

• Aug. 2, shoplifting, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole beer and cigarettes from Circle K with a total stolen value of $77.38.

• Aug. 2, harassing phone calls, 800 block of Smoke Tree Court, Lewisville. Individual was receiving text messages for his daughter’s boyfriend.

• Aug. 2, breaking and entering with force, 6000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Woman reported dog stolen from residence by unknown person.

• Aug. 4, missing person, 6900 block of Kenbridge Road, Clemmons.
