Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 17 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash in parking lot with damages of $1,200 and $1,700.

• Sept. 18 — trouble with neighbor, 1300 block of Glen Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Man let neighbor’s dog loose due to constant barking.

• Sept. 18 — traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $1,200 and $3,500.

• Sept. 18 — traffic accident, 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash in parking lot with damages of $1,200 to each vehicle.

• Sept. 18, driving while impaired, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Offender operated vehicle while impaired

• Sept. 18, autobreaking and larceny, 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons.  Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and stole a screwdriver valued at $10.

• Sept. 18 — trouble with juvenile, 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Juvenile did not want to speak with a psychologist.

• Sept. 19 — traffic accident,m 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle crash with damages of $1,800 to each vehicle.

• Sept. 19 — vandalism, 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Subjects found car windows busted out in their driveway. Damage of $500 to the vehicles.

• Sept. 20 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons.  Victim was pushed by the suspect.

• Sept. 20 — traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. One-vehicle crash in parking lot with damage of $4,500 to vehicle and $6,000 to property.

• Sept. 20 — police service-information provided, 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons.  Subject called and said he was a serial killer.

• Sept. 21 — found property, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Person found a cellphone, credit/debit cards and a driver’s license.

• Sept. 21 — vandalism, 200 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Suspect caused water damage to apartments.

• Sept. 21 — vandalism, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect caused water damage to apartments at Morgan Place Apartments with estimated damage of $5,000.

• Sept. 21 — vandalism, 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect caused water damage to apartments at Morgan Place Apartments with estimated damage of $20,000.

• Sept. 21 — drug violations, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Marijuana and paraphernalia seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Sept. 21 — trespassing, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect trespassed at a Circle K Food Store.

• Sept. 21 — driving while impaired/resisting arrest, 3800 block of Clemmons Road/Clinard Road, Clemmons. Suspect drove a vehicle while impaired.

• Sept. 22 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 5800 block of Marty Lane/King Charles Drive, Clemmons.  Suspect threatened victim in a parking lot.

• Sept. 22 — drug violation, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects possessed marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Sept. 22 — police service-civil dispute, 8600 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Had a civil argument over property.

• Sept. 22 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons.  Employee assaulted another employee at a medical facility.

• Sept. 23 — possession of paraphernalia, 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Suspect possessed drug paraphernalia.

• Sept. 23 — careless and reckless driving, 8300 block of Lismore Street/Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Suspect exceeded a safe speed while operating a vehicle.

• Sept. 23 — drug violations, 5800 block of Marty Lane/Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons.  Suspects possessed illegal narcotics.
