Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 3 — traffic accident, 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,000 and $2,000.

• Dec. 3 — drug violations/paraphernalia, 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Illegal narcotics were located during a traffic stop.

• Dec. 3 — police service-welfare check, 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unable to make contact with subject for a welfare check.

• Dec. 4 — larceny, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim left his wallet at a restaurant and suspect picked it up.  Total stolen value of $81.

• Dec. 4 — traffic accident, 6000 block of Stadium Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $8,000 and $7,500.

• Dec. 4 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Resident claims that she was assaulted while taking a bath at a medical facility.

• Dec. 4 — suspicious person, 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject advised that she was worried someone was going to damage or steal her property.

• Dec. 4 — found property, 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Woman found an open package in her front yard.

• Dec. 4 — traffic accident, 6800 block of Idols Road/Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,000 and $800.

• Dec. 4 — traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident in parking lot with damages of $1,500 and $800.

• Dec. 4 — traffic accident, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $5,000 and $4,000.

• Dec. 4 — trespassing, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject did not leave Lowes Foods when asked.

• Dec. 4 — automobile theft, 6800 block of Culler Road, Clemmons. Victims vehicle was stolen and recovered.

• Dec. 5 — threatening suicide, 7000 block of Garrett Drive, Clemmons. Subject emailed deputy with suicidal thoughts.

• Dec. 5 — traffic accident, 2400 block of Market Center Drive/Stadium Drive. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $200.

• Dec. 5 — traffic accident, 6700 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,000 and $500.

• Dec. 5 — larceny from building, 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Reporting person advised that someone stole her purse from the bar at a restaurant. Total stolen value of $927.

• Dec. 5 — police service-assist agency, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was impaired.

• Dec. 6 — DWI-provisional, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was underage with alcohol in her system while driving.

• Dec. 6 — traffic accident, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $7,000.

• Dec. 6 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/South Peace Haven Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500 and $1,500.

• Dec. 6 — police service-information provided, 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Citizen concerned about grandchildren being near a registered sex offender.

• Dec. 7 — overdose, 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on prescription medication.

• Dec. 8 — unauthorized use of conveyance, 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Offender took vehicle without permission.

• Dec. 8 — autobreaking and larceny, 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Unknown suspect took cash from vehicle.

• Dec. 8 — disturbance/non-criminal, 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Subject was causing a disturbance at a business.

• Dec. 9 — disturbance/non-criminal, 5600 block of Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Subjects had an argument.
