The law firm of Blanco Tackabery has announced that Kelly M. Otis and Daniel M. Vandergriff were elected shareholders of the firm effective Jan. 1. Otis’ practice focuses on multifamily housing projects financed with federal low-income housing tax credits, as well as commercial real estate transactions. She has substantial experience assisting purchasers, sellers, lenders and developers with the acquisition, development, financing, sale and lease of commercial real estate.
Vandergriff has broad experience with a variety of renewable energy transactions, including negotiating purchase and sale documents and handling complex tax equity and debt financing projects nationwide. His practice focuses on helping developers navigate the complexities of project acquisitions, financing structures, regulatory and utilities issues and environmental due diligence.
