Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 19 — larceny, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender was caught stealing Goodwill supplies.

• Aug. 19 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspects stole lighter stand and lighters at Quality Mart.

• Aug. 19 — communicating threats-intimidation, non physical, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to have a friend shoot the victim.

• Aug. 19 — breaking and entering, 1900 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Suspects broke into home while victim was at work.

• Aug. 19 — hit and run accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Accident caused $4,000 damage to vehicle.

• Aug. 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim had a leaf blower valued at $200 taken from the bed of a truck.

• Aug. 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 6300 block of Clemmons Point Road, Clemmons. Victim had a leaf blower valued at $550 taken from the bed of a truck.

• Aug. 19 — autobreaking and larceny, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim had a saw, string trimmer and grass cutter valued at $1,100 taken from the bed of a truck.

• Aug. 19 — traffic accident, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,000 to each vehicle.

• Aug. 19 — driving while impaired, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Driver rear-ended a vehicle while impaired.

• Aug. 19 — larceny from building, 1400 block of Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons. Suspect took money from donation boxes at Annour Islamic Center.

• Aug. 19 — larceny, 8600 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject attempted to steal a pull-behind camper.

• Aug. 19 — disturbance/non-criminal, 100 block of Westbound 40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person stated to have gun, possible road rage.

• Aug. 19 — shoplifting, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole wine from Quality Mart.

• Aug. 20 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $1,000.

• Aug. 20 — police service-non criminal call for service, 1500 block of South Peace Haven Road/Meadow Glen Drive. Reporting party thought someone threw a rock at him while he was driving.

• Aug. 20 — suspicious person, 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject was walking around a residence.

• Aug. 20 — animal cruelty, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Animals left unattended inside residence.

• Aug. 21 — shoplifting,  2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole unknown items from CVS.

• Aug. 21 — breaking and entering without force, 9300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Offender entered residence without invitation and would not leave after being told to do so.

• Aug. 21 — suspicious person, 300 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject rang doorbell twice.

• Aug. 21 — animal cruelty, 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Owner failed to provide adequate care for cats. 

• Aug. 22 — welfare check, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject left home on a bike.

• Aug. 23 — lost property, 100 block of Lewisville Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost flashlight valued at $100 during a domestic.

• Aug. 23 — trouble with juvenile, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles were skateboarding on church property after hours.
