Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Dec. 16 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 7000 block of Tramore Lane, Clemmons. Subject made threats to himself.
• Dec. 16 — 4300 block of Hampton Road/Laura View Trail, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $1,200.
• Dec. 16 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject smashed vehicle window and grabbed a purse.
• Dec. 16 — vandalism, 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect/s tossed items from porch, knocked over trash cans and scratched paint resulting in damages of $800.
• Dec. 16 — larceny, 5200 block of Gnarl Wood Road, Lewisville. Subject attempted to steal a toy from property.
• Dec. 16 — welfare check, 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Subject stated that he was forced into a vehicle by an unknown subject.
• Dec. 17 — traffic accident, 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Two-vehicles involved with $3,000 damage to one vehicle.
• Dec. 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke passenger window and stole a purse from the vehicle.
• Dec. 17 — suspicious person, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was acting suspiciously inside store.
• Dec. 17 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $3,000.
• Dec. 17 — overdose, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported adverse reaction to marijuana use.
• Dec. 17 — autobreaking and larceny, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject tried to break into victim’s car.
• Dec. 17 — disturbance/non-criminal, 5300 block of Hidden Stream Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subjects followed a juvenile to residence.
• Dec. 17 — welfare check, 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was drunk and anxious.
• Dec. 18 — breaking and entering with force, 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject forced entry into Stadium Tobacco and Vape and stole $1,908 from the register.
• Dec. 18 — larceny, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim believed that their wallet was stolen.
• Dec. 18 — use of force, 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Put down injured deer.
• Dec. 19 — breaking and entering without force/tampering with vehicle, 4100 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Subject entered unlocked shed and unlocked vehicle.
• Dec. 20 — harassing phone calls, 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Offender kept harassing via phone.
• Dec. 20 — police service-information provided, 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Facebook post by fired employee was reported.
• Dec. 20 — police service-information provided, 6600 block of Clemmons Court, Clemmons. Subject needed info on a possible scam.
• Dec. 20 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Three-vehicle accident with damages of $3,500, $2,500 and $500.
• Dec. 20 — shoplifting, 100 block of Lowe’s Foods Drive, Lewisville. Offender concealed unpaid goods at Lowe’s Foods without permission inside of a personal handbag.
• Dec. 21 — death investigation, 100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unconscious subject discovered by neighbor.
