Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 13 — breaking and entering with force, 1900 block of Tucker Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to gain entry into a locked residence.

• Jan. 13 — disturbance/non-criminal, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance occurred between two Taco Bell employees.

• Jan. 13 — traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle accident with damage of $1,000.

• Jan. 13 — traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,200 and $400.

• Jan. 13 — hit and run accident, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. One-vehicle involved with damage of $1,000.

• Jan. 13 — found property, 5100 block of Spiral Wood Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person located a pocket knife on mailbox.

• Jan. 14 — drug violations, CCW possessions/concealing weapons, 200 block of Northbound 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Methylfentanyl and a gun were found during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 14 — police service-welfare check, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Welfare check requested by caller.

• Jan. 14 — trouble with neighbor, 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Downstairs neighbor complaining on upstairs neighbor over noise.

• Jan. 15 — fraud, 3600 block of Edgemoor Court, Clemmons. Reporting person believed that an unknown individual stole Social Security Number.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 3500 block of Middlebrook Court, Clemmons. Unknown offender entered victim’s vehicle and took change.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 3500 block of Middlebrook Court, Clemmons. Unknown offender ransacked victim’s vehicle.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 3500 block of Middlebrook Court, Clemmons. Unknown offender entered victim’s vehicle and took change.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 3500 block of Middlebrook Court, Clemmons. Unknown offender went into locked car and ransacked inside.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect tampered with victim’s vehicle.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole a purse from an unsecure vehicle with a total stolen value of $100.

• Jan. 15 — traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $4,500 and $1,800.

• Jan. 15 — autobreaking and larceny, 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect broke window of vehicle and removed personal items valued at $353.

• Jan. 16 — police service-assist agency, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/South Peace Haven Drive, Clemmons.  Assisted the Winston-Salem Police Department with a crash and DWI.

• Jan. 16 — drug violations/transporting tax-paid liquor, 100 block of Eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drugs, paraphernalia and open alcohol container.

• Jan. 16 — disturbance/non-criminal, 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subjects argued over stove.
