Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 4 — fraud, 3400 block of Braddock Court, Clemmons. Subject suspected to be a victim of fraud.

• May 4 — larceny, 1600 block of Ashmead Lane, Clemmons. Victim’s push mower was stolen from his yard.

• May 4 — hit-and-run accident, 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicles involved with damages of $1,000 to each.

• May 4 — vandalism, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject wrote on a car.

• May 4 — traffic accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,800 and $400.

• May 5 — drug violations, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to a narcotics investigation.

• May 6 — found property, 7200 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Narcotics found on floor.

• May 6 — overdose, 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on heroin.

• May 6 — welfare check, 100 block of Montauk Court, Clemmons. Family was concerned about a family member.

• May 6 — suspicious person, 100 block of Harper Ridge Road, Clemmons. Unknown person seen running from the backyard.

• May 6 — vandalism, violation of city/county ordinance firearm related, 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Bullet from firearm penetrated a wall.

• May 6 — drug violations/driving while license revoked/suspended, 100 block of Northbound 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop yielded a drug violation. Cleared for arrest, Amber Nicole Williams was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession.

• May 8 — drug violations/transporting tax-paid liquor, 6200 block of Ramada Drive/Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed alcohol during a traffic stop.

• May 8 — traffic accident, 3800 block of Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $2,500 and $200.

• May 8 — traffic accident, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/S. Peacehaven Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $10,000 and $6,500.

• May 8 — counterfeiting-buying/receiving, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject found counterfeit money in the cash till at Lewisville Country Store.

• May 8 — police service-information provided, 7200 block of Crenata Drive, Lewisville. Reporting person wanted a report for possible fraudulent activity.

• May 9 — welfare check, 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject was reported punching his child.

• May 10 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Victim was pushed by offender.

• May 10 — larceny, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect took bookbag outside at 4 Brothers.

• May 10 — trouble with neighbor, 900 block of Boyer Drive, Clemmons. Dispute between neighbors after an incident with children.
