Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 29 — Larceny, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from outside of collection door at Goodwill Industries.

• June 29 — found property, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject found a wallet in the middle of the road.

• June 29 — involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 6700 block of Brook Stone Court, Clemmons. Person was involuntarily committed.

• June 30 — simple assault-non aggravated assault/vandalism, 6200 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Offender pushed victim and busted her headlights out.

• June 30 — fraud, 2400 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Caller reported being tricked into sending money.

• July 1 — traffic accident, 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Idols Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $6,500 and $3,500.

• July 1 — traffic accident, 8100 block of Whitmore Cove Lane, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damage of $1,800 to one vehicle.

• July 2 — drug violations, 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Controlled substance located during traffic stop. Cleared for arrest, Jaret Darneil Oliver was charged with possession of marijuana.  

• July 2 — traffic accident, 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two-vehicle accident with damages of $1,500 and $100.

• July 2 — police service-open door, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located an open door at a business.

• July 2 — overdose, 1400 block of Ferguson Road, Clemmons. Male overdosed on heroin.

• July 2 — abandoned vehicle, 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Abandoned vehicle owner located.

• July 3 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1100 block of South Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Victim punched in face.

• July 3 — shoplifting, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole a 12 pack of beer from CVS.

• July 3 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. The victim was spit on by the offender.

• July 3 — drug violations, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed marijuana in vehicle.  Cleared for arrest, Brandon Jamaal Davis was charged with possession of marijuana.

• July 5 — simple assault-non aggravated assault, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subjects fought over misunderstanding. Cleared for arrest, Norman Russell McKinney was charged with affray.
