WINSTON-SALEM — In an effort to expedite the visitor screening process to enter Novant Health hospitals, the health system is offering an online routine COVID-19 screening questionnaire that patients and visitors are encouraged to complete prior to arrival. The screening questionnaire can be accessed at NovantHealth.org/visitorscreening . Patients and visitors will still receive a temperature assessment upon arrival.

Novant Health continues to require proper social distancing and masking guidelines. Visitor restrictions are still in place. All visitors must be 18 or older and must wear a mask for the duration of the visit. Novant Health will continue to limit entrances and exits to centralize foot traffic.

Loved ones of patients are encouraged to consider using phone calls or video chats on personal phones or mobile devices to communicate. Patients are also encouraged to ask their healthcare provider for specific guidance for their area before inviting visitors to Novant facilities.
