Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 18 — All other offense – animal-related, 4600 block of River Gate Dr., Clemmons. Dogs outside and owner not seen since Tuesday.

• Aug. 18 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Manager wanted subject trespassed from store.

• Aug. 18 — Shoplifting, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspects stole groceries from store.

• Aug. 18 — Trespassing, 6300 block of Cephis Dr., Clemmons. Intoxicated bar patron refused to leave.

• Aug. 18 — Police service-fraud, 100 block of Sunny Acres Dr., Lewisville. Subject purchased large sums of gift cards and wired funds to scammer.

• Aug. 18 — Violation of city or county ordinance — animal-related, 800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• Aug. 19 — Robbery, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male suspect robbed gas station.

• Aug. 19 — Larceny-all other, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject in drive-thru stole tip jar at window.

• Aug. 19 — Dog bites and attacks, 500 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Dog bit victim.

• Aug. 19 — Animal cruelty, 4500 block of Bridgewater Dr., Clemmons. Dog run over by car.

• Aug. 19 — Rabies exposure, 6300 block of Cephis Dr., Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 20 — Police service-civil dispute, 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Civil dispute over property damage.

• Aug. 20 — Rabies exposure, 700 block of Grinnell St., Lewisville. Bat in occupied dwelling.

• Aug. 21 — Automobile theft, 5400 block of Moravian Heights Ln., Clemmons. Car stolen and wreaked.

• Aug. 20 — Traffic accident, 3800 block of Littlebrook Dr./Venice Dr., Clemmons.

• Aug. 20 — All other offense- animal related, 3500 block of Middlebrook Dr., Clemmons. Sick kitten found.

• Aug. 21 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 3300 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons. Verbal argument turned physical.

• Aug. 22 — Traffic accident, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Aug. 22 — All other offense — animal-related, 5300 block of Nestleway Dr., Clemmons. Two dogs running at large.

• Aug. 23 — Involuntary commitment-non criminal detainment, 400 block of Brookway West Dr., Lewisville. Subject told his wife he was going to kill himself.

• Aug. 23 — Paraphernalia — using/equipment, 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Finds drug paraphernalia.

• Aug. 24 — Police service-information provided, 1800 block of Ammons Dr., Clemmons. Subjects outgoing mail was tampered with overnight.
