Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Oct. 5 — Traffic accident, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Dr., Clemmons.
• Oct. 5 — Burglary — non forced, 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Offender entered through unlocked door while victim was inside.
• Oct. 5 — Harassing phone calls, 1300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject receiving unwanted phone calls.
• Oct. 6 — FCSO Police service-information provided, 6000 block of Bobbybrook Dr., Clemmons. Subject believed she was being defrauded.
• Oct. 6 — Hit-and-run accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Oct. 6 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Oct. 6 — Counterfeiting-using, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject used counterfeit bill.
• Oct. 7 — Breaking and entering without force, 100 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Individuals state someone entering and vandalizing residence.
• Oct. 7 — Communicating threats — intimidation non physical, 3000 block of Forest Line Dr., Clemmons. Strange and threatening text messages from a client.
• Oct. 7 — FCSO police service-fraud, 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Subject tried obtaining groceries fraudulently.
• Oct. 7 — Trespassing, 100 block of Briarwood Ct., Clemmons. Subject came on to reporting party’s property.
• Oct. 7 — Vandalism, 100 block of southboud U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles threw rocks at vehicle entering the highway.
• Oct. 8 — Police service-non criminal call for service, 6700 block of Greenbrook Dr., Clemmons. Caller gave social media password to a stranger.
• Oct. 8 — Vandalism, 1400 block of River Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Suspect hit victim’s vehicle with his car door leave damage.
• Oct. 8 — Suspicious person, 6300 block of Stadium Dr., Clemmons. Intoxicated male passed out behind the business.
• Oct. 8 — FCSO — Disturbance/non-criminal, 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between neighbors.
• Oct. 8 — Drug violations, 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drugs found on traffic stop.
• Oct. 8 — Found property, 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject located license plate in car wash.
• Oct. 9 — Violation of city/county ordinance — animal related, 7900 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Two dogs running at large in the street.
• Oct. 9 — Death investigation, 1800 block of Kilrush Road, Clemmons. Assist agency leads to death investigation.
• Oct. 9 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Oct. 9 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Cephis Dr., Clemmons.
• Oct. 9 — Aggravated assault, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assault by pointing gun.
• Oct. 9 — Dog bites and attacks, 3300 block of Cook Place Dr., Clemmons. Dog bit person on leg.
• Oct. 9 — FCSO — Disturbance/Non-criminal, 5800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Two subjects involved in road rage incident.
• Oct. 10 — Autobreaking and larceny, 6400 block of Gentry Cr., Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle was broken into overnight.
• Oct. 10 — Dog bites and attacks, 100 block of Willow Trace Cr., Clemmons. Dog bit owner.
• Oct. 10 — Aggravated assault, 100 block of S Peace Haven Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Road rage between two vehicles, offender hit the victim’s knee with vehicle.
• Oct. 10 — Suspicious person, 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Subjects lost on private property.
• Oct. 10 — FCSO — Fleet vehicle accident, 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. County vehicle backed into other vehicle in parking lot.
• Oct. 11 — Larceny — all other, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Teenagers left without paying for their food.
• Oct. 11 — Dog bites and attacks, 3900 block of Bingham Cr., Clemmons. Dog bite.
• Oct. 11 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto law-all other, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Passenger possessed marijuana in vehicle.
• Oct. 11 — FCSO — Police service-information provided, 9300 block of Eden Grove Ct., Lewisville. Subject concerned about daughter sending and receiving explicit messages.
• Oct. 12 — Larceny-all other, 4300 block of Clarksburg Road, Clemmons. Mail stolen from mailbox.
• Oct. 12 — Threatening suicide, 8300 block of Cheval St., Clemmons. Subject threatens suicide.
• Oct. 12 — FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation, fictitious tag — violation of auto law, careless and reckless driving, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle fled from traffic stop.
• Oct. 12 — Found property, 6200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject located a wallet on the side of the roadway.
