Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Oct. 25 — Counterfeiting-using, 100 block of Lowes Food Dr., Lewisville. Lowes Food received counterfeit $100 bill from unknown customer.
• Oct. 26 — Autobreaking and larceny, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect entered vehicle and took items.
• Oct. 26 — Simple assault-non aggravated assault, 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by pushing.
• Oct. 26 — Traffic accident, 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons.
• Oct. 26 — Shoplifting, drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Suspect took cartons of cigarettes and ran out door.
• Oct. 26 — Larceny — all other, 7300 block of Crenata Dr., Lewisville. Homecare nurse stole victim’s medicine.
• Oct. 27 — Trouble with neighbor, 7000 block of Orchard Path Dr., Clemmons. Neighbor placed tree branches in subject’s driveway.
• Oct. 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 1900 block of Dunmore Ln., Clemmons. Wheel lugs were loose on a vehicle.
• Oct. 27 — FCSO, locate wanted person, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wanted offender located on a traffic stop.
• Oct. 27 — Trespassing, 2200 block of Megan Cr., Clemmons. Subject was trespassed from apartment complex.
• Oct. 27 — Larceny, all other, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject did not return with medication she picked up.
• Oct. 27 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, 5700 block of Misty Cr., Clemmons. Neighbor threatened to beat up victim.
• Oct. 27 — Traffic accident, 6300 block of Stadium Dr., Clemmons.
• Oct. 27 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, violations of auto law-all other, 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.
• Oct. 27 — FCSO, police service-fraud, 800 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Subject allowed scammer access to computer to take funds.
• Oct. 27 — FCSO, police service-fraud, 1100 block of Kelwyn Ln., Lewisville. Unknown subject opened a Verizon account in reporting party’s name.
• Oct. 28 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, driving while impaired, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded intoxicated driver and drug arrest.
• Oct. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Doctor received notice of fraudulent prescriptions.
• Oct. 28 — Police service, attempt suicide, 6300 block of Amp Dr., Clemmons. Subject tried to kill herself.
• Oct. 29 — FCSO, police service-information provided, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious activity reported in reference to package pickup.
• Oct. 29 — Aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Ct., Clemmons. Offender assaulted the victim.
• Oct. 29 — Shoplifting, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject stole cartons of cigarettes.
• Oct. 30 — Traffic accident, 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• Oct. 30 — FCSO, other sex offense-sex offender violation, 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Registered sex offender was supervising child.
• Oct. 30 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment, 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Therapist requested involuntary commitment for patient.
• Oct. 30 — Driving wile impaired. 200 block of Tullyries Ln., Lewisville. Traffic stop yielded intoxicated underage driver.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO, police service-welfare check, 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Checked welfare of subject.
• Oct. 31 — Burglary, forced, 5500 block of Marty Ln., Clemmons. Subject(s) forced entry through basement door.
• Oct. 31 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle located during traffic stop.
• Oct. 31 — Trouble with neighbor, 1600 block of Springfield Way Dr., Clemmons. Ongoing dispute between neighbors.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO, police service-fraud, 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Dr., Clemmons. Reporting party’s debit number was used in Durham.
• Oct. 31 — Larceny, all other, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Victim had pocketbook stolen during fight.
• Oct. 31 — Dog bites and attacks, 4600 block of Orchard Grove Dr., Clemmons. Puppy bit/scratched owner on nose.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO, Disturbance/non-criminal, 6200 block of Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Verbal dispute during large party.
• Oct. 31 — Driving while impaired, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop yielded intoxicated underage driver.
• Oct. 31 — FCSO, police service-fraud, 700 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Fraudulent charges made on bank card.
• Oct. 31 — Shoplifting, 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Male juvenile concealed item under clothing and exited store.
• Nov. 1 — Larceny, all other, 5700 block of Marty Ln., Clemmons. Suspect stole signs from front yard.
• Nov. 1 — Police service-assist agency, 8200 block of Idols Road/Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Male subject arrested for DWI.
• Nov. 1 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons, driving while impaired, 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded intoxicated driver and drug arrest.
