The Village of Clemmons, in coordination with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, will be using the placard system for designated neighborhoods to be used during the Tanglewood Festival of Lights again this year. If you have misplaced your placard from previous years, you may be issued new ones at Village Hall at 3715 Clemmons Road. Village Hall is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Placards are available for the following neighborhoods:
• Old Meadowbrook
• Westridge
• Asbury Place
• Tanglewood Farms/River Oaks

Unfortunately, every scenario of traffic congestion cannot be addressed; however the goal is to help you to navigate easier. The placard should be placed on the dash of the driver’s side of the vehicle. Deputies recommend waving the placard when you are within sight to expedite this process.

If you are unable to pick up a placard during normal business hours, email info@clemmons.org.

The goal is to continue keeping the lines of communication open between the village and residents. You are encouraged to share this announcement with your friends, colleagues and neighbors. If you have any questions or comments, call village hall at 336-766-7511.
