Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 22 — FCSO Police service-welfare check, 7000 block of Garrett Dr., Clemmons. Welfare check on elderly female.

• Dec. 22 — Traffic accident, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 22 — Found property, 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Hypodermic needle located inside business.

• Dec. 22 — Rabies exposure, 7500 block of Brookfield Forest Ct., Lewisville. Bat found in reporting party’s home.

• Dec. 23 — FCSO police service-welfare check, 6300 block of Arden Cr., Clemmons. Elderly male got lost driving back to his residence, located in Davidson County.

• Dec. 23 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 23 — Traffic accident, 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 23 — Careless and reckless driving, 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/S. Peace. Two subjects involved in road rage incident.

• Dec. 23 — Vandalism, 5700 block of Midstream Cr. Clemmons. Car was damaged with spray paint.

• Dec. 23 — FCSO, all other offense — animal related, 1800 block of West Bend Ct., Lewisville. Injured stray cat.

• Dec. 23 — FCSO police service-information provided, 1200 block of Canterrwood Dr., Lewisville. Subjects sent a threatening letter.
