• Jan. 5 — Police service —non-criminal call for service, 6600 block of Gentry Cr. Clemmons. Information provided.

• Jan. 5 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 3800 block of Wilowood Dr., Clemmons. Resident walked away from group home.

• Jan. 5 — Counterfeiting — using, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Counterfeit bill was passed.

• Jan. 5 — Simple assault—non-aggravated assault, 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Ct., Clemmons. Offender assaulted staff members at his care facility.

• Jan. 5 — Driving while impaired — FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation, impaired driver located during traffic stop, 5800 block of Marty Lane/Kenwalt Dr., Clemmons. Impaired driver located traffic stop.

• Jan. 6 — FCSO police service — information provided, 2500 block of Innisfail Ln., Clemmons. Subject requested report to cancel pending service.

• Jan. 6 — FCSO — locate wanted person, 1600 block of Harper Springs Dr., Clemmons. Located wanted subject.

• Jan. 6 — Resisting arrest, 1600 block of Harper Spring Dr., Clemmons. Wanted subject resisted arrest.

• Jan. 6 — FCSO police service —fraud, 700 block of Scott Road, Lewisville. Subject sent money to unknown subject.

• Jan. 7 — Unauthorized use of conveyance, 6800 block of River Center Dr., Clemmons. Offender took victim’s vehicle without permission.

• Jan. 7 — Traffic accident, 3100 block of Gammon Ln., Clemmons.

• Jan. 7 — Traffic accident, 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Jan. 7 — Simple assault—non-aggravated assault, 8300 block of Cheval St., Clemmons. Subject assaulted group home manager.

• Jan. 7 — Drug violations, paraphernalia — using/equipment, 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located in a vehicle.

• Jan. 8 — Driving while impaired, 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Jan. 8 — Tampering with vehicle, 6700 block of Elm Hill Dr., Clemmons. Suspect attempted entry into a locked vehicle.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 7000 block of Mason Place Ct., Clemmons. Welfare check on subject.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO — disturbance/non-criminal, 6400 block of Sessions Ct., Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between subjects.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO — disturbance/non-criminal, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance concerning food service.

• Jan. 10 — Paraphernalia — possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Dr., Clemmons. Cocaine located during a traffic stop.

• Jan. 10 — Simple assault — non-aggravated assault, 7000 block of Mason Place Ct., Clemmons. Victim was arrested during drug transaction.

• Jan. 10 — FCSO police service — security check, 100 block of Village Club Ln./Village Haven Ct., Clemmons.  Neighborhood playground appeared to have been damaged.

• Jan. 10 — Police service-assist agency, 1400 block of Brookway West Cr., Lewisville. Assisted WSPD with welfare check.

• Jan. 10 — Aggravated assault, 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Road rage incident ended with vehicular assault.

• Jan. 10 — FCSO — Fleet vehicle accident, 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Information provided on fleet vehicle accident.
