• June 21 —Resisting arrest — 7500 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop driver refused to exit vehicle.
• June 21 — Police service, welfare check — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Elderly female walked away from residence.
• June 21 — Receiving stolen from another jurisdiction — 3700 block of Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle stolen in Davidson County and recovered in Clemmons.
• June 21 — Traffic accident — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons Road/S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons.
• June 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from property.
• June 21 — FCSO, police service, alarm — 1400 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Owner’s alarm indicated an open door.
• June 21 — Lost/stolen license plate — 1700 block of Valley Brook Road, Clemmons. Subject wished to report lost/stolen license plate.
• June 21 — Vandalism — 200 block of Fairhaven Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect melted the slide on the playground.
• June 21 — Police service, welfare check — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Mother requesting welfare check on daughter.
• June 22 — Larceny, all other — 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Victim had her stolen by unknown subject.
• June 22 — FCSO, other sex offense, sex offender violation — 200 block of Riverwood Drive, Lewisville. Registered sex offender failed to register in county.
• June 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Custody dispute leads to disturbance and threats made.
• June 23 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Cabot Drive, Clemmons. Subject received a letter in the mail from Department of Commerce.
• June 23 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect used item in store.
• June 23 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Mailbox damaged overnight.
• June 24 — Traffic accident — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons.
• June 24 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Fleet vehicle struck arrow board trailer.
• June 24 — Autobreaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle broken into and personal items were stolen.
• June 24 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 6200 block of Cook Avenue/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Offender was passed out at wheel from heroin overdose.
• June 24 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• June 25 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender attempted to obtain bike that was purchased fraudulently.
• June 25 — Police service, welfare check — 7200 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on subject in the roadway.
• June 25 — Traffic accident — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.
• June 26 — Autobreaking and larceny — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Supplies stolen from truck bed.
• June 26 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 7500 block of Topsider Drive, Clemmons. Dispute at sports tournament.
• June 26 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject caused disturbance inside store.
• June 26 — Vandalism — 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Pool fence and area were vandalized.
• June 26 — Overdose — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on mushrooms.
• June 27 —Drug violations, FCSO, violations of auto law, equipment violation, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop yields drug violations.
• June 27 — Trouble with neighbor — 200 block of Salem Ridge Court, Clemmons. Neighbor was playing loud music.
• June 27 — Police service, assist agency — 7600 block of Yadkinville Road, Lewisville. Subject was located, possibly suffering from a medical issue.
