Single tickets for Winston-Salem Symphony 2021–22 season on sale Aug. 2

WINSTON-SALEM — The Winston-Salem Symphony, with Music Director Timothy Redmond, has announced that single tickets for the 2021-22 season will go on sale at 12:01 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2. The symphony will be welcoming audiences back to the concert hall for performances in the 2021–22 season. Entitled “A Kaleidoscope of Music in Color,” the upcoming season will celebrate everything that a live orchestra can be and every color that it can create.

In honor its 75th anniversary in 2022, the symphony is offering a “buy one ticket, get one ticket free” for three select concerts for single ticket purchasers. The three concerts featured as part of this special offer are “The Chevalier: A Play with Music” on Sept. 11-12, “Classics Series” concert “The Lark Ascending” with special guest violinist Steven Moeckel on Oct. 2-3, and the popular Pops Series concert “A Carolina Christmas with the Camel City Jazz Orchestra” on Nov. 27-28.

The “buy one ticket, get one free” option must be purchased within 75 hours of single tickets going on sale, which means it is available from Monday, Aug. 2, at 12:01 a.m. through Thursday, Aug. 5, at 3 a.m. (The 75-hour offer is in celebration of the symphony’s 75th anniversary).

Tickets for individual concerts are available by calling the symphony box office at 336-464-0145 or online at wssymphony.org. Season subscriptions also are still available include benefits not available to individual ticket purchasers.
