Reality is checking back in after spring break for the Titans. AP exams are starting soon and summer is coming into view.
Now, let’s see what else the Titans are up to.
Graduation is approaching quickly for the seniors and there have been some related announcements.
Cap and gown pick-up will be on the upper level of the media center on April 25. They will be distributed during all lunches and after school from 3:40 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Only caps, gowns and regular tassels will be distributed at this time.
Senior Sunset is an optional event for all graduates to enjoy food, music, games and prizes. This will take place May 22, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Also, an announcement that tickets will not be required for this year’s graduation ceremony has been made.
Prom is next month and all juniors and seniors are invited. If you choose to bring someone from another school, a form must be completed that can be found in the front office.
Tickets will be on sale May 4 to May 6 during lunches and after school. The ticket price is $35, and those buying tickets must have all school debts paid off.
The prom theme will be announced the week tickets go on sale. The prom is on May 14, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Millennium Center.
SGA is running a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish in order to help grant a wish to a child in Forsyth County. In all second-period classes, there is a blue cup in which money can be placed. The Student Government Association’s goal is $5,000.
The Titan family hopes everyone had a fantastic spring break.
Go Titans!
