It’s the week juniors and seniors have been waiting for! Prom week is an exciting one but mixing it with more AP testing seems to cancel out some of the excitement. The Titans are taking it like champs and are inching closer to summer day by day.
The Senior Sunset event just got a little more fun.
On May 22, West will have a graduating seniors/teacher softball game. There will be a team of seniors and a team of staff competing until there’s a winning team. Teams should have 9-12 West Forsyth seniors. Sign up by 5 p.m. on May 13. More information will be released closer to the date.
Now through May 19, West is asking all parents and students to fill out the Family and Student Panorama Survey. This survey helps gain perspective as well as assist students in their “social, emotional and academic learning.” The link to this can be found on the West Forsyth High School Homepage.
End of year exams, including EOCs, teacher made and CTEs, are scheduled to start on June 3, and scheduled to end on June 9. Specific schedules will come out soon.
Congratulations to the baseball team for winning the Central Piedmont 4-A Conference Tournament! Hard work sure does pay off.
Awards Day for all seniors is scheduled for May 20. The event is mandatory for seniors. No further details have been released at this time but administration and Student Services will communicate them soon.
Everyone have a fun and safe prom, go Titans!
