Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 14 — Violation of city/county ordinance related — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Noise ordinance violation.

• Aug. 15 — Automobile theft — 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Theft of vehicle with keys inside.

• Aug. 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3500 block of Meadow Glen Drive, Clemmons. Subject pointed gun at other subject regarding road rage.

• Aug. 15 — Police service, assist agency — 700 block of S. Peace Haven Road/ Stoney Brook Boulevard, Clemmons. Assisted highway patrol.

• Aug. 15 — Larceny, all other — 4600 block of Johnson Creek Court, Clemmons. Trailer stolen from construction site.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related, 2000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Aug. 16 — Obtaining — 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Rental home dispute.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• Aug. 16 — Larceny from building, credit card/ATM fraud — 7200 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject stole wallet and used debit card.

• Aug. 16 — All other fraud — 6900 block of Millbridge Road, Clemmons. Victim scammed.

• Aug. 16 — Trouble with juvenile — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Trouble with juvenile.

• Aug. 16 — Breaking and entering without force — 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Offender attempted to escape the hospital while under mental commitment.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided —8300 block of Hawkins Road, Clemmons. Female reported issues with ex-boyfriend.

• Aug. 16 — Trouble with juvenile — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party stated juvenile chased her son.

• Aug. 17 — Police service, welfare check — 1200 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on elderly male.

• Aug. 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 7500 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Aug. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided —4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Individual with known mental issues claims her house was invaded.

• Aug. 18 — Driving while impaired, violation of auto law, all other — 7800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Driver of vehicle weaving between lanes and fled from deputies during a traffic stop.

• Aug. 18 — Rabies exposure — 8000 block of Deverow Court, Lewisville. A bat found in the person’s home.

• Aug. 19 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Equipment stolen from truck bed.

• Aug. 19 — FCSO, harassment (non-criminal) — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported being harassed at work.

• Aug. 19 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 7000 block of Harperglen Road, Clemmons. Attempted internet scam.

• Aug. 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Manager wanted guest to leave the hotel.

• Aug. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of Chesterfield Road, Lewisville. Shotgun was surrounded by owner due to being inoperable.

• Aug. 20 — Weapons, other — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated person possessed a concealed handgun.

• Aug. 20 — Driving while impaired, violation of city/county ordinance — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject driving in Tanglewood Park while intoxicated.

• Aug. 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disturbance inside business.

• Aug. 20 — Larceny, all other — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Money stolen from lost wallet.

• Aug. 21 — Police service, assist agency — 5500 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver involved in a single-vehicle crash.

• Aug. 21 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 1800 block of Spring Path Trail, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Aug. 21 — Drug violations, violation of auto law, all other — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy conducted traffic stop and found marijuana oil inside the vehicle.

• Aug. 21 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Assisted Clemmons patrol officers.

• Aug. 21 — Suspicious person — 5100 block of Winsbury Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspicious male came to residence.

• Aug. 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject received upsetting texts from ex-friend.

• Aug. 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects hitting on females end up in bar fight outside.
