Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 3 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Showed up to job or reporting party.

• Oct. 3 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject put items in cart and left without paying.

• Oct. 3 — Suspicious person — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Subjects walking around neighborhood claiming to be from unknown company.

• Oct. 3 — Rabies exposure — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Dog surrendered after becoming ill.

• Oct. 4 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Large group of students attempted to jump another student.

• Oct. 4 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Unknown individual removed ramp from U-haul trailer.

• Oct. 5 — FCSO, police service, security check — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Disturbance heard outside of apartment.

• Oct. 5 — Dog bites attacks — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Reported dog bite.

• Oct. 5 — Arson — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student(s) burned paper towel in restroom.

• Oct. 5 — Overdose — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Overdose on prescriptions medication.

• Oct. 5 — Blackmail/extortion — 4100 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject requesting Amazon gifts cards.

• Oct. 5 — Larceny from building — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Money stolen from nightstand.

• Oct. 6 — Police service, welfare check — 2100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was concerned about a female on the property.

• Oct. 7 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Weapon (knife) on school bus.

• Oct. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Affray over aggressive dog.

• Oct. 9 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Child custody exchange.
