About 200 people braved the cold and blustery conditions last Sunday to enjoy the Village of Clemmons Family Fishing Event at Village Point Lake presented by the Clemmons Stormwater Department as part of the activities scheduled for Forsyth Creek Week.
Participants enjoyed receiving fishing tips from renowned fisherman and learned to cast their rods and bait their hooks to catch the perfect fish.
There were also plenty of fish-related games and activities and of course, food trucks!
Participants enjoyed the festivities in spite of the frigid conditions!
