• April 17 — Identity theft — 3600 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Unknown person took out a business loan in person’s name.
• April 17 — Police service, assist agency — 5300 block of Graycliff Lane, Clemmons. Deputy assisted in securing vehicle for WSPD.
• April 17 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student possessed marijuana joints.
• April 17 — Larceny from building — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) took cell phone when left at a restaurant.
• April 17 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Unknown individual exhibited aggressive behavior toward person before leaving.
• April 17 — Vandalism — 7500 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Individuals broke storm door on residence leaving items.
• April 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• April 18 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender threatened victim.
• April 18 — Misuse of 911 — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student misused 911.
• April 19 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to take property.
• April 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects trespassed from property.
• April 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4000 block of Beaver Brook Road, Clemmons. Wildlife.
• April 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 300 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Disturbance between individuals as campground.
• April 20 – Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment, FCSO K-9 activity — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Deputy discovered crack cocaine and paraphernalia during traffic stop.

• April 20 — Police service, assist agency — 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road/Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted NCSHP with a wreck and DWI investigation.

• April 20 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject scanned another item 12 times to get lower price.
• April 20 — Driving while impaired — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject was arrested for driving while impaired.
• April 20 — Police service, welfare check — 300 block of Shallowford Reserve Drive, Lewisville. Wife wanted to report her deceased husband, a missing person.
• April 21 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment, FCSO violation of auto-law equipment violation — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Deputy discovered marijuana and paraphernalia during traffic stop.
• April 21 — Rabies exposure — 3700 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Rabies exposure from raccoon to dog and human.
