West Forsyth came home with plenty of hardware at the Beach Volleyball state championships last weekend.
The boys beach volleyball pairs team of senior Hayden Lichty and sophomore Grant Lamoureux and the girls beach volleyball pairs team of seniors Kayla Kozak and Emily Richards both finished their seasons undefeated and won conference championships and state championships.
The girls team of Kozak, Richards, Maddy Leeber, Brynna Boyer, Kennedy Weber and Emma Norman also brought home the girls team title after defeating Topsail in the championship match 2-1.
The teams are coached by Lauren Gillon.
