Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 17 — Breaking and entering with force — 6600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Juvenile broke into convenient store.

• July 17 — FCSO police service, information provided — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Subject called asking for help for his nephew.

• July 17 — Suspicious person — 6900 block of Culler Road, Clemmons. Unknown person hanging around dead end of road.

• July 17 — Trouble with juvenile — 6200 block of Hamptonburg Road, Clemmons. Juveniles that do no live in complex were using the private pool.

• July 17 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Neighbor kept knocking on door.

• July 17 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject entered into system as wanted.

• July 17 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Man found in possession of illegal firearm and narcotics.

• July 18  — Dog bites and attacks — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• July 18 — Vandalism — 6600 block of Valleyoak Drive, Clemmons. Subject knocked over mailbox.

• July 18 — Dog bites and attacks — 6800 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• July 18 — FCSO disturbance/non criminal — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Argument over missing iPad.

• July 18 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Female allegedly harming herself.

• July 18 — Rabies exposure — 1600 block of Yarmouth Lane, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.

• July 19 — Police service, assist agency — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle was over a curb in a parking lot and running while occupied.

• July 19 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 5100 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Receiver stolen from vehicle.

• July 19 — Breaking and entering without force, trespassing — 7000 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Person called about a person trespassing and coming into her garage without permission.

• July 19 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two subjects in disturbance.

• July 19 — Larceny, all other — 5300 block of Leesa Drive, Clemmons. Airpods stolen from package.

• July 21 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 4800 block of Hampton Road/Country Ridge Road, Clemmons. Dogs roaming at large.

• July 21 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject left dogs after eviction was served.

• July 21 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. A family was in the store taking fragrances.

• July 21 — Shoplifting, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole perfume from store.

• July 21 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Daughter had altercation with another juvenile.

• July 21 — Found property — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Found wallet.

• July 21 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen credit card used at the store.

• July 22 — Larceny, all other, vandalism — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to steal lawn mower.

• July 22 — Trespassing — 6800 block of Rabbit Hollow Court, Clemmons. Subject came onto property after being told not to.

• July 22 — FCSO harassment (not-criminal) — 8100 block of Peak Court, Clemmons. Subject received phone calls and emails from random people.

• July 22 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim by punching.

• July 22 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical, trespassing — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Male suspect entered property after being previously banned and threatened manager.

• July 23 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicle operator impaired.

• July 23 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Argument with male she met on Facebook.

• July 23 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. A mental subject broke into a vehicle and damaged property.
