Clemmons Farmers Market preview for Oct. 7

CLEMMONS — The Clemmons Farmers Market will celebrate the end to the 2023 season on Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Jerry Long Family YMCA from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
With over 40 registered vendors, the market includes some of the best local farmers, artisanal food makers and natural product creators. Products include fresh baked goods, pickles, sauces, jams, jellies, fresh flowers, soaps, lotions and a harvest of fresh fall produce.
Emit’s Mobile Petting Zoo with be onsite with some cuddly animals and face painting. Several artisans will be back with hand-crafted items. Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office will be at the Farmers Market booth with Village of Clemmons staff painting pumpkins with the kids.
Vendors for the upcoming Clemmons Farmers Market Harvest Fest have been announced. The special edition and final installment of the farmers market season includes food trucks, painting pumpkins with police and a petting zoo.
The Jerry Long YMCA is located at 1150 South Peace Haven Road.
