Soup supper

The Methodist Men of Harmony Grove will be hosting a soup supper on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 4-7 p.m. A variety of soups and chili will be available as well as dessert. Guest preacher

Shallowford Presbyterian Church welcomes guest preacher Avery Arden, national board member of More Light Presbyterians, for a special worship service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5. The service, celebrating Shallowford’s entry into the More Light Community, will be followed by a light lunch and a workshop led by Arden on themes including gender diversity and theology and welcoming practices.
