CLEMMONS — The Village of Clemmons started paving construction on selected residential streets this week.

According to a release from the village, streets may be milled prior to re-surfacing, and there may be short periods of time between the phases of construction. It is not possible to specify in advance the exact dates that paving contractors will be working on your street.

No street parking is allowed at any time during this construction period. Vehicles parked in the roadway during construction will be towed away at owner’s expense.

Please be advised weather and temperatures may affect paving schedule.

Paving began in Asbury on Monday. Streets that will be milled next week are Tangle Oak, Thoroughbred, Lower Oak and Beech Tree. Streets to be repaved include:
