Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 4 — Found property — 1400 block of Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons. Subject found a wallet on the side of the road.

• Dec. 4 — Arson — 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Fire hose as intentionally burned.

• Dec. 4 — Found property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Pill located after hours on school campus.

• Dec. 4 — Police service, welfare check — 900 block of Ridings Road, Lewisville. Elderly male walked away from home.

• Dec. 4 — Misuse of 911 — 500 block of Ketner Road, Lewisville. Person continued calling 911.

• Dec. 4 — Trespassing — 1200 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville. Female returned to unoccupied residence after being trespassed.

• Dec. 5 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Subject thought she saw a male subject kick in her neighbor’s back door.

• Dec. 5 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 100 block of Eagle Glen Court, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) forcefully entered and took items.

• Dec. 5 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Two females were caught shoplifting.

• Dec. 5 — Police non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Graffiti located on restroom wall.

• Dec. 5 — Threatening suicide — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject threatened suicide.

• Dec. 5 — Dog bites and attacks — 5300 block of Quartz Avenue, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Dec. 5 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1300 block of Thriftwood Trail, Lewisville. Subject reported being fraud by unknown person.

• Dec. 5 — FCSO police service, information provided — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Individual reported issue with side mirror of vehicle.

• Dec. 6 — Disorderly conduct — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student refused to remove book bag from gym class.

• Dec. 6 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Razor blade fell out of student’s clothing during class.

• Dec. 6 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Offender threatened victim.

• Dec. 6 — Shoplifting — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Offender took items from store without paying.

• Dec. 6 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Male asked to leave bar after telling waitress he was trespassing.

• Dec. 6 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Styers Ferry, Lewisville. Subject driving a motor vehicle while impaired.

• Dec. 7 — Larceny, all other — 8300 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Subject stated things were stolen from construction site.

• Dec. 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject made vulgar comments toward reporting party.

• Dec. 7 — All other fraud — 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female gave money to scammer.

• Dec. 7 — Arson — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Toilet paper burned in school building.

• Dec. 7 — Larceny from building — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole an Xbox One from victim’s residence.

• Dec. 7 — Discharging firearm — 9700 block of Ellis Road, Clemmons. Reporting party heard multiple gunshots in the area.

• Dec. 8  — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism, tampering with vehicle — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Numerous vehicles had windows smashed.

• Dec. 8 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Subjects broke into several different cars.

• Dec. 8 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Civil dispute over services rendered.

• Dec. 8 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted subjects to leave property.

• Dec. 8 — Drug violations — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assist agency leads to drug charges.

• Dec. 8 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-using/equipment, driving while impaired — 4000 block of Hampton Road/Quinn Street, Clemmons.  Offender drove while impaired.

• Dec. 8 — Police service, welfare check — 2800 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subject called in having a manic episode.

• Dec. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject alleged assault by nursing home staff.

• Dec. 9 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject had his wallet stolen out of his truck.

• Dec. 9 — Rabies exposure — 7600 block of Rolling Oak Court, Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Dec. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Subject reported her granddaughter snuck out at night to meet a male subject.

• Dec. 10 — Vandalism — 900 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject had someone drive through his Christmas decorations.

• Dec. 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located vehicle wiht busted out window and appears to be gone through.

• Dec. 10 — Shoplifting — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects stole items from Harris Teeter.

• Dec. 10 — Larceny, all other — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Customer stole a bottle of soda after argument with business staff.
