Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 12 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Dr. Clemmons. Two unknown subjects took items from business without paying.

• Jan. 12 — Vandalism — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Idols Road, Clemmons. Offenders spray painted rail cars.

• Jan. 13 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller threatened to cut her wrists with a knife and was overmedicating.

• Jan. 13 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect(s) stole property from the victim’s vehicle.

• Jan. 13 — FCSO harassment (non-criminal) — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male took pictures of subject’s license plate.

• Jan. 13 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject trespassing at Village Inn.

• Jan. 13 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lowes Food Drive, Lewisville. Male and female stole large amount of items from Lowes Foods.

• Jan. 14 — Possessing/concealing stolen property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject displaying a stolen registration plate.

• Jan. 14 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) fraudulently used victim’s debit card.

• Jan. 15 — Aggravated assault — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Guest advised another resident was brandishing a handgun at his room door.

• Jan. 15 — Suspicious person — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject knocked on front door then left.

• Jan. 15 — No operator’s license, violation of auto law, FCSO violation of auto law operation violation — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville.  Traffic stop led to no operator’s license investigation.

• Jan. 16 — Suspicious person — 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Juvenile reported activity at the bus stop.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject caused a disturbance about failing to pay for a drink.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 1000 block of Kinnway Court, Lewisville. Stray dog, unknown owner.

• Jan. 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Jan. 17 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student was in possession of pocketknife on campus.

• Jan. 17 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatening store staff.

• Jan. 17 — Disorderly conduct — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student was in possible disturbance refused administration’s request to go to main office.

• Jan. 17 — Overdose — 7100 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Female took prescription pills other than prescribed.

• Jan. 18 — Forcible fondling — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Employee claimed another employee sexually assaulted her.

• Jan. 18 — Aggravated assault — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive/Idols Road, Clemmons. Road-rage incident.

• Jan. 18 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Male grabbed cologne and ran out of store without paying.

• Jan. 18 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Disturbance after man knocked on wrong door.

• Jan. 19 — FCSO police service, alarm, police service, open door — 4700 block of Commercial Park Court, Clemmons. Located open door at business.

• Jan. 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Provided information about security for facility.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Friends got in an argument.

• Jan. 20 — Drug violations, CCW-possession/concealing weapons, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 800 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to drug violations.

• Jan. 20 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive/River Center Drive.

• Jan. 20 — Larceny, all other, vandalism — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Court, Clemmons. Suspect cut lock to steal trailer.

• Jan. 20 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of Woodville Road, Lewisville. Welfare check requested for subject’s mother.

• Jan. 20 — Death investigation — 800 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Subject died of natural causes during the night leading to investigation.

• Jan. 21 — Overdose — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on prescription pills.

• Jan. 21 — Driving while impaired, no operator’s license-violation of auto law — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect was driving while impaired.

• Jan. 21 — Suspicious person — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject’s seen at Town Square past hours.
