Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 29 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject made threatening statements to the victim.

• April 29 — Larceny, all other — 200 block of North Street, Lewisville. Unknown person took items without the owner’s permission.

• April 29 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Located stolen vehicle.

• April 29 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 300 block of Winderly Court, Lewisville. Subject was threatening to harm the victim.

• April 30 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, driving while impaired — 7000 block of Idols Road/Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Subject was operating a motor vehicle after ingesting methamphetamines.

• April 30 — Aggravated assault, shoplifting FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Defendants stole items then led deputies on a vehicle pursuit.

• April 30 — Overdose — 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Subject took narcotic that caused him to overdose.

• May 1 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4100 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. The bank was concerned about one of their accounts.

• May 1 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Subject reported fraudulent activity on CashApp.

• May 2 — Larceny, all other — 6000 block of Haywood Street, Clemmons. Larceny of construction material.

• May 2 — FCSO located wanted person — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wanted offender located at traffic stop.

• May 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dog bit victim.

• May 2 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject did not scan items and loaded them into shopping bag.

• May 2 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Assisted other division.

• May 2 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female subject walked out with items without paying.

• May 3 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject assaulted victim by shoving.

• May 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• May 3 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 200 block of Northtrail Road, Clemmons. Subject’s driver window was busted.

• May 3 — Vandalism — 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual cut tire on vehicle.

• May 4 — Drunk and disruptive — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Two patrons forcefully removed from bar claiming they had been assaulted.

• May 4 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 1100 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Individual at property after eviction.

• May 5 — Trouble with neighbor — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Neighbors disputing over children making noise in dwelling.
