LEWISVILLE — The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office charged a Lewisville man and his wife with indecent liberties with a child after an investigation.
According to a release from the FCSO’s public information officer, Braxton Langston-Chapman, “The investigation began after the sheriff’s office received a report involving an 11-year-old victim who reported multiple incidents that occurred over the period of one year. While investigating the initial complaint a second victim was identified who stated that they were provided pornographic material on one occasion in 2023, while at the age of 15.”
Eugene Barry, 57, of Lewisville, is charged with five counts of indecent liberties with a child for his alleged role in the incident. His wife, Samantha Barry, 36, of Lewisville, was also charged with five counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of disseminating harmful material to minors.
The Barrys were each given a $50,000 bond, which has been posted.
