Salem Community Orchestra concert on June 9 wraps up 2023-24 Bingham Arts Series

CLEMMONS — Don’t miss the inspiring sounds of the Salem Community Orchestra with Danny Green, music/artistic director performing classical, pops and patriotic pieces as part of the Bingham Arts Series, a program of the Shallow Ford Foundation and underwritten by the Thad and Mary Bingham Community Fund.
The concert will be held on Sunday, June 9, in the Magnolia Room at the Historic Broyhill from 3-4:30 p.m. The Historic Broyhill is located at 3540 Clemmons Road in Clemmons.
Founded in 1984, the Salem Community Orchestra has served as an outlet for the musical talents of local professional and amateur musicians from all backgrounds throughout Forsyth County.
The all-volunteer orchestra has added members of diverse ages, races and backgrounds and has performed in churches, hospitals, retirement centers, shopping malls and more.
Green is a professional musician and educator of the highest caliber who is giving back to the community after serving with the WS/FCS system for many years.

Limited parking is available on the Historic Broyhill campus. Carpooling is encouraged.
