Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 17 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Female was followed to work after road rage incident.

• June 17 — Dog bites and attacks — 5100 block of Windsbury Ridge Road, Clemmons. Dog bit victim while on his property.

• June 17 — Found property — 6200 block of Finch Meadow Court, Clemmons.  Subject found a wallet while he was mowing.

• June 17 — Found property — 4200 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject found a laptop while at the river.

• June 17 — Vandalism — 7000 block of Glenhaven Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Victim’s cars were scratched.

• June 17 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Suspect stole item from store.

• June 17 — Driving while license revoked/suspended, no insurance-violation of auto law, fictitious tag-violation of auto law — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Offender arrested for speeding and other motor vehicle law violations.

• June 18 — Drug violations — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female speeding and had marijuana in the vehicle.

• June 18 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Pebble Run Lane, Clemmons. Victim received threatening messages.

• June 18 — FCSO all other offense,animal related — 100 block of Meadowcrest Court, Clemmons. Two dogs running at large.

• June 18 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road southbound, Clemmons. Vehicle was struck from behind.

• June 18 — Driving while impaired, violation of auto law-all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Made the determination by conducting SFST that the suspect was under the influence.

• June 18 — Lost/stolen license plate — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stated license tag was stolen/missing from RV.

• June 18 — FCSO police service-fraud — 400 block of Country Lane, Lewisville. Caller reported fraud.

• June 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3300 block of Brookland Dr., Clemmons.  How attacked or committed.

• June 19 — lost property — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject lost phone in Clemmons.

• June 19 — Vandalism — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Vandalism of vehicle in Bojangles parking lot.

• June 19 — Dog bites and attacks — 9000 block of Stone Drive, Clemmons. Dog bit owner.

• June 19 — FCSO police service, information provided — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Missing SUV.

• June 19 — Police service, welfare check — 1100 block of Kelwyn Lane, Lewisville. Wife worried about husband harming himself.

• June 20 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported person giving middle finger.

• June 20 — Trespassing — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Walmart requested female trespassed.

• June 20 — Threatening suicide — 5100 block of Moseley Drive, Clemmons. Subject made remarks to wife about harming himself.

• June 21 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, trespassing — 3700 block of Peony Way, Clemmons. Subject trespassing at water facility.

• June 21 — Larceny-all other — 1000 block of Glen Day Drive, Clemmons. Victim’s golf bag and clubs were stolen from country club.

• June 21 — Drug violations, violation of auto-law — all other — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violation.

• June 21 — Drug violation, violation of auto-law — all other — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to  narcotics find.

• June 21 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 900 block of Loblolly Drive, Lewisville. Neighbor was threatened due to parking in cul de-sac.

• June 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatens to kill victim.

• June 22 — Discharging firearm — 5900 block of Harmony Cove Avenue, Lewisville. Subject discharged shotgun at night.

• June 22 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 1200 block of Barkdale Road, Lewisville. Subject had question over civil issue.

• June 23 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3800 block of Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Breaking and entering at Southwest Athletics.

• June 23 — FCSO police service, alarm, police service, open door — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Located open door during alarm call.

• June 23 — Shoplifting — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect distracted clerk and stole carton of cigarettes from store.

• June 23 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended, violation of auto law-all other — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Offender drove while impaired.
