Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 22 — Vandalism — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject struck window attempting to gain entry.

• July 22 — Suspicious person — 1600 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Two people standing outside residence.

• July 22 — Forgery-using/uttering — 1700 block of Brandon Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject fraudulently cashing a business check.

• July 22 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject returned from walking to discover vehicle broken into.

• July 23 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 400 block of Crosswick Road, Clemmons. Woman’s back right window of her vehicle was shattered.

• July 23 — Shoplifting — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Theft of goods at Publix.

• July 23 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Person upset items she left at Airbnb were thrown away.

• July 23 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject took item and ran from the store.

• July 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Subject provided information of possible child neglect.

• July 23 — Death investigation — 5300 block of Mapleton Street, Clemmons. Man fell over in his room and hit head on table.

• July 23 — FCSO, domestic disturbance — 1200 block of Brook Acres Trail, Clemmons.  Parents arguing with daughter.

• July  23 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2000 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Woman stated someone tricked her into buying bitcoin.

• July 24 — Violence city/county ordinance, noise related — 200 block of Field Brook Drive, Clemmons. Dogs were barking nonstop.

• July 24 — Rabies exposure — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Dog attacked skunk.

• July 24 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Reporting party stated she received empty iPhone package.

• July 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1500 block of Langdon Village Drive, Clemmons. Subjects political canvassing in the neighborhood.

• July 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 300 block of Tarawood Drive, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• July 24 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject was hired for a fraudulent job.

• July 24 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Neighbor took pictures of packages.

• July 25 — FCSO police service, security check — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Report of someone at the home with a gun.

• July 25 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8000 block of Peak Road, Clemmons. Reported fraud from text message.

• July 25 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Citizen collided into patrol vehicle.

• July 25 — FCSO locate wanted person100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Wanted offender located on traffic stop.

• July 25 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Stolen airline points.

• July 26 — FCSO police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Family member alleged assault on family member by caretaker.

• July 27 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6200 block of Hamptonburg Road, Clemmons. Reported firearm discharge in the area.

• July 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2200 block of Catherines Way, Clemmons. Two men approached woman’s door and jiggled door handle.

• July 28 — Police service, open door — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Ketchie Creek front door left unlocked.

• July 28 — FCSO disturbance, non-criminal — 500 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Subject decided she did not want her friend to reside in residence anymore.

• July 28 — Threatening suicide — 2000 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Woman told someone she took multiple pills and made suicidal remarks.
