Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 1300 block of Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8500 block of Waterford Village Court, Clemmons.  Subject was editing women’s faces onto nude bodies.

• Aug. 12 — Trespassing — 5900 block of Edgewater Drive, Clemmons. Female reported construction workers trespassing.

• Aug. 12 — Suspicious person — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Female claimed to have seen an older male “making out” with juvenile.

• Aug. 12 — Indecent exposure — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Female reported male indecent exposure in the area.

• Aug. 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1300 block of Conrad-Sawmill Road, Lewisville. Person with mental illness claimed suspicious activity.

• Aug. 12 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subjects threatened to shoot each other.

• Aug. 13 — Rabies exposure — 3400 block of Sharpe Street, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

• Aug. 13 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle search yields drug and weapons violations.

• Aug. 13 — Violation of city/county ordinance — 200 block of Fernham Place, Lewisville. Dog reported running at large.

• Aug. 14 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole three cases of beer.

• Aug. 14 — Vandalism — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Man kicked door to business.

• Aug. 14 — Employee injury — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Employee injured knee and arm after chasing a suspect.

• Aug. 14 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 7000 block of Garrett Drive, Clemmons. Argument between roommates at a friend’s house.

• Aug. 15 — Suspicious vehicle — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle in parking lot of medical building.

• Aug. 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Woman with signs of mental illness.

• Aug. 15 — Breaking and entering without force — 4400 block of Quail Hollow Road, Clemmons. EBT card missing from address.

• Aug. 15 — Larceny, all other — 7000 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Victim’s gun was stolen.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1200 block of Brook Acres Trail, Clemmons. Fraudulent tax return filed under person’s name.

• Aug. 16 — Trespassing — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Angry customer refused to leave the store.

• Aug. 16 — Drug violations — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Drugs found during search.

• Aug. 16 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 7900-Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Subject had verbal argument with one of her friends.

• Aug. 16 — Shoplifting — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect stole power tools.

• Aug. 17 — Suspicious person — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female ran upon hearing sirens.

• Aug. 18 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Suspect kicked front door to gain entry into residence.
