Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 26 — FCSO police service-information provided — 6600 block of Springfield Village Lane, Clemmons. Caller let female use his bank account for wire transfers.

• Aug. 26 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Tukwila Court, Clemmons. Concerning comments made to nurse during video call.

• Aug. 26 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject shoplifted from Walmart.

• Aug. 26 — Breaking and entering with force — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Pharmacy breaking and entering with hole crawl.

• Aug. 27 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 4500 block of River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Civil issue with company neighbor hired.

• Aug. 27 — FCSO police service, fraud — 4500 block of Jasper Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Extra money was taken out of bank account.

• Aug. 27 — Blackmail/extortion — 100 block of Ryder Cup Lane, Clemmons. Caller received threatening text messages demanding money.

• Aug. 27 — Automobile theft — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Possible stolen vehicle.

• Aug. 28 — Larceny from building — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject reported a window A/C unit stolen.

• Aug. 28 — FCSO police service, information provided — 4900 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Subject opened a package delivered to the wrong address.

• Aug. 28 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Nottidge Court, Clemmons. Dog bit victim on right hand.

• Aug. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4900 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Property reported missing and later found.

• Aug. 29 — Death investigation — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Subject reported they found their mother deceased.

• Aug. 29 — Paraphernalia-using/equipment, violation of auto law-all other — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect driving with revoked license and possessed drug paraphernalia.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO police service —information provided — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject reported non-criminal activity.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated she sent money from her bank account to rent a house.

• Aug. 29 — Suspicious person — 3200 block of Village Point Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported a suspicious person.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 6700 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Subject received messages from ex brother-in-law.

• Aug. 29 — Death investigation — 700 block of Newington Drive, Clemmons. Man found hanging in garage.

• Aug. 30 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on patient at facility.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO police service, fraud — 2700 block of Park Oak Drive, Clemmons. Two credit card accounts opened in subject’s name.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Fraudulent bank activity.

• Aug. 30 — Trouble with neighbor — 2100 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Person was having trouble with neighbor.

• Aug. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, drunk and disruptive, resisting arrest — 1200 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Intoxicated and disrupted subject resisted arrest and assaulted deputy.

• Aug. 31 — FCSO fleet vehicle accident — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Fleet vehicle accident.

• Sept. 1 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.
