CLEMMONS — The Clemmons Fire Department held its annual 9/11 remembrance ceremony on Wednesday morning with local residents and officials in attendance.
Introductory remarks were made by Clemmons Fire Chief Gary L. Steyers followed by a message from Reverend John Fitzgerald of Clemmons United Methodist Church.
The ceremony concluded with the traditional “Tolling of the Bell” ceremony.
