A service of Taizé Prayer for Peace and Reconciliation will take place at Shallowford Presbyterian Church on Sunday, Oct. 6, at 7:30 p.m.

The service of simple and contemplative sung prayer includes scripture readings and a time of silence. The outdoor Shallowford Labyrinth will be open for meditative walking before the service. A brief introduction to the sung prayers will begin at 7:25 p.m.

The church is located at 1200 Lewisville-Clemmons Road near the Lewisville-Clemmons Exit (242) of U.S. Hwy. 421 next to Kaplan’s.
