Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 7 — Rabies exposure — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

• Oct. 7 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Meadow Glen Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Oct. 7 — Dog bites and attacks — 1700 block of Crashore Drive, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• Oct. 7 — Violation city/county ordinance-animal related — 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Cat running at large/neighbor dispute.

• Oct. 7 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6500 block of Pegram Farm Road, Lewisville. Subject believes people were stalking her and poisoning her food.

• Oct. 8 — Police service, assist agency — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Female having medical issues.

• Oct. 9 — Resisting arrest — 3300 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Male refused to give name to law enforcement.

• Oct. 9 — FCSO police service, fraud — 5700 block of Misty Meadows Court, Clemmons. Scam text for information.  

• Oct. 10 — Larceny, all other — 5600 block of Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Items stolen from victim’s property while victim was not home.

• Oct. 10 — Larceny, all other — 7600 block of Fair Oaks Drive/Gardenspring Drive, Clemmons. Political signs stolen from public street.

• Oct. 10 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 8300 block of Riverwalk Drive, Clemmons. Female acting irrationally and saying violent utterances.

• Oct. 10 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspicious activity at library.

• Oct. 11 — Found property — 1300 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Burnley Drive, Clemmons. Subject fund a bag of money.

• Oct. 11 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 500 block of Shiva Drive, Lewisville. Welfare check.

• Oct. 11 — Drag racing, vehicle chase — 100 block of southbound U.S. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Four vehicles engaged in prearranged speed competition.

• Oct. 12 — Police service, assist agency — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject received concerning text message.

• Oct. 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, resisting arrest — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Males were involved in a fight.

• Oct. 13 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Mother concerned for son’s well-being at assisted living home.

• Oct. 13 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Suspect concealed merchandise in bag.

• Oct. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Appian Way, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• Oct. 13 — Police service, assist agency — 4300 block of Hampton Road/Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Impaired driver involved in a vehicle crash.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Mother not wanting daughter’s boyfriend around the apartment complex.

• Oct. 13 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject’s seen pulling up political signs.
