Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1100 block of Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted, threatened and his phone was stolen.

• Nov. 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole purse from unlocked vehicle.

• Nov. 4 — FCSO police service, information provided — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject did not get information he wanted.

• Nov. 4 — FCSO disturbance, non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive Clemmons. Couple was arguing with clerk about security deposit.

• Nov. 4 — Rabies exposure — 8100 block of Equestrian Lane, Clemmons. Dog killed bat.

• Nov. 5 — Drug violations, driving while license revoked/suspended — 5600 block of Loop Road/River Gate Drive, Clemmons. Drugs located during traffic stop.

• Nov. 5 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female took items from store without paying.

• Nov. 5 — Possessing/concealing obscene material — 6800 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject possessed child sexual abuse material.

• Nov. 5 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subjects involved in altercation over propane grill.

• Nov. 6 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Beer stolen from gas station.

• Nov. 6 — Suspicious vehicle — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Vehicle on private property blocking fire hydrant.

• Nov. 6 — FCSO police service,  civil dispute — 6700 block of Doublegate Drive, Clemmons. Subject claimed ex-girlfriend stole money from him.

• Nov. 6 — FCSO police service, fraud — 8100 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Money taken from accounts.

• Nov. 6 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject made a threat to staff.

• Nov. 6 — Vandalism — 8100 block of Riverway Road, Lewisville. Mailbox was damaged overnight.

• Nov. 7 — Abandoned vehicle — 3700 block of Peony Way, Clemmons. Abandoned vehicle found under a bridge at the bank of the Yadkin River.

• Nov. 7 — Vandalism — 6900 block of Kenbridge Dr./Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Window shot by BB gun.

• Nov. 8 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stole beer from store.
