Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 9 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons.  

• Nov. 9 — Larceny, all other — 4500 block of Stratus Lane, Clemmons. Subject took construction material.

• Nov. 9 — Received stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Located stolen vehicle at gas station.

• Nov. 9 — Larceny, all other — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect stole package from front porch.

• Nov. 10 — Police service, assist agency — 3400 block of Clemmons Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver involved in vehicle crash,

• Nov. 11 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, larceny — all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer assaulted manager and left without paying.

• Nov. 11 — Aggravated assault, vandalism — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual shot at victim’s vehicle on highway.

• Nov. 11 — Police service, welfare check — 700 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Welfare check of female.

• Nov. 12 — Suspicious person — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious male lurking around business.

• Nov. 12 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject concealed goods with intent to commit larceny.

• Nov. 12 — Death investigation — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Female found deceased on living room floor.

• Nov. 12 — FCSO police service, fraud — 1000 block of Lewisville-Clemmons. Money fraudulently taken from account. 

• Nov. 13 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject sent insurance agent 16 emails due to being upset about policy.

• Nov. 13 — FCSO police service, fraud — 200 block of Epping Road, Clemmons. Scammers tried to trick person into sending money.

• Nov. 13 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Located a wanted person from Stokes County.

• Nov. 13 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject shoplifted from Walmart.

• Nov. 13 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Someone damaged door to dance studio.

• Nov. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Property manager said man was walking inside his building and was suspicious.

• Nov. 14 — FCSO police service-fraud — 4400 block of Asbury Place Drive, Clemmons. Person scammed over monies via telephone.

• Nov. 14 — FCSO locate wanted person — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located wanted person upon traffic stop.

• Nov. 15 — Larceny from auto, automobile theft — 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Larceny of motorcycle reported.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Man with dementia eating in grocery store.

• Nov. 15 — Larceny, all other — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Blanket stolen from hotel.

• Nov. 15 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Civil dispute between ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend.

• Nov. 16 — Aggravated assault — 3400 block of Hidden Forest Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor poured water on reporting party by accident.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Juveniles threw bike into pond.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO police service, civil — Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Civil dispute between brother and sister.

• Nov. 16 — Driving while impaired — 1000 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.  

• Nov. 17 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Clerk assaulted by customer.
