Forsyth County property reappraisal information sessions being held

The Forsyth County Tax Department is holding information sessions on the 2025 property reappraisal, including a stop in Clemmons and Lewisville.
The public is invited to attend these sessions to learn about the reappraisal process, which is conducted every four years to adjust real estate values used for property taxes to reflect the current real estate market.
All sessions are held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the following dates and locations:
• Tuesday, Nov. 26 — Clemmons Branch Library
• Tuesday, Dec. 3 — Lewisville Branch Library
Additional locations and dates include:
• Wednesday, Nov. 13 — Forsyth County Central Library
• Tuesday, Nov. 19 — Community Room 114 at Mazie S. Woodruff Center
• Wednesday, Nov. 20 — Rural Hall/Stanleyville Branch Library
• Wednesday, Dec. 4 — Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center
• Tuesday, Dec. 10 — Paddison Memorial Branch Library
• Wednesday, Dec. 11 — Reynolda Branch Library
• Tuesday, Dec. 17 — Walkertown Branch Library
There will also be two sessions held on the fourth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut Street, on Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 9-10:30 a.m. and on Monday, Dec. 9, from 12:30-2 p.m.
