Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Man drove truck to Florida.

• Dec. 16 — Suspicious person — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject acting suspicious around business.

• Dec. 16 — Shoplifting — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Man stole a vaping device from a store.

• Dec. 16 — Larceny, all other — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Woman claimed her neighbor stole her phone.

• Dec. 16 — All other offenses — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. False activation of a fire alarm.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer issued with a gift card.

• Dec. 17 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect drove impaired and possessed narcotics.

• Dec. 17 — FCSO police service, fraud — 100 block of Claron Court, Clemmons. Scamming reporting party in reference to jury duty.

• Dec. 17 — Larceny, all other — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took wallet.

• Dec. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Autistic male became upset.

• Dec. 17 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cashier pushed during argument.

• Dec. 17 — Trespassing — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Male trespassed on condemned property.

• Dec. 18 — All other fraud — 100 block of Rustinburg Court, Clemmons. Money sent to a scammer.

• Dec. 18 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3700 block of Tanglewood Forest Drive, Clemmons. Unauthorized Verizon account was created.

• Dec. 20 — FCSO locate wanted person — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Locate wanted person after a traffic stop.

• Dec. 20 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Black male walked out of Lowes Food with an unpaid full cart.

• Dec. 20 — Trespassing — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female trespassed at grocery store.

• Dec. 21 — Found property — 6600 block of Springfield Village Lane, Clemmons. Caller found wallet in road while walking dog.

• Dec. 21 — Communicating threats-intimidation, non-physical — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to harm vehicle with knives.

• Dec. 21 — Shoplifting, resisting arrest — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Shoplifting suspect ran from law enforcement.

• Dec. 21 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female called to complain about staff at her sister’s nursing home.

• Dec. 23 — All other offenses — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was soliciting money.

• Dec. 25 — Driving while impaired — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Dec. 26 — Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.
