Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 27 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject was setting up camp on someone else’s property.

• Dec. 27 — Forgery-using/uttering, obtaining money by false pretense, identity theft — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject passed a fraudulent check.

• Dec. 27 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 900 block of Montrachet Court, Lewisville. Cat at large.

• Dec. 28 — Lost/stolen license plate — 600 block of Barkworth Road, Clemmons. Subjected reported missing temporary tag.

• Dec. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Pebble Run Lane/Springfield Farm Road, Clemmons. Injured wildlife.

• Dec. 28 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 5300 block of Nestleway Drive, Clemmons. Money taken by false pretense.

• Dec. 29 — Larceny-all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspect walked out of store with cart full of items.

• Dec. 29 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject concealed items in shopping bag without paying.

• Dec. 29 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, FCSO use of force — 6300 block of Hampton Knoll Road, Clemmons. By assaulting another person.

• Dec. 29 — Vandalism — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Rock thrown through business glass.

• Dec. 29 — Rabies exposure — 200 block of Nanzetta Way, Lewisville. Bat in residence.

• Dec. 30 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Verbal altercation after statement made about race.

• Dec. 30 — Suspicious vehicle — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Vehicle located with its doors open.

• Dec. 30 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole multiple items of perfume from store.

• Dec. 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Clerk assaulted by customer.

• Dec. 30 — FCSO disturbance, non-criminal — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject stated that employee was trying to lure him outside.

• Dec. 30 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 1100 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Woman advised brother-in-law harassing her through social media.

• Dec. 31 — Drug violations — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Possession of a controlled substance located during traffic stop.

• Dec. 31 — Abandoned vehicle — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Vehicle left abandoned in road.

• Dec. 31 — FCSO police service-information provided — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Vandalized with graffiti.

• Dec. 31 — Police service, welfare check — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wife reported neglect of her spouse at nursing home.

• Dec. 31 — FCSO police service, fraud — 6800 block of Wellsley Court, Clemmons. Subject advised that two transactions to Spectrum were not her.

• Dec. 31 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3500 block of Clemmons Road/James Street, Clemmons. Subject advised that physical altercation occurred between herself and a friend.

• Dec. 31 — Police service, welfare check — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male called and advised a store clerk was having a mental episode.

• Jan. 1 — Drug violations, paraphernalia-possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO K-9 activity — 1000 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Drugs discovered upon traffic stop.

• Jan. 1 — FCSO, domestic disturbance — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Girlfriend and boyfriend arguing.

• Jan. 1 — Automobile theft, vandalism — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person broke vehicle window and attempted to steal vehicle.

• Jan. 1 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Two cousins claimed the other assaulted them.

• Jan. 2 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5600 block of Springfield Farm Road/Harper Spring. Walkers reported road rage incident in their neighborhood.

• Jan. 2 — Police service, attempt suicide — 600 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Man took expired medication in suicide attempt.

• Jan. 2 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Stop sticks deployed to disable fleeing vehicle.

• Jan. 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 5200 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Dog tangled in fence and bit owner.

• Jan. 2 — Impersonation — 1300 block of Big Tree Court, Lewisville. Reporting party sent money to subject claiming to be from FCSO.

• Jan. 3 — Drug violations — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Stoney Drive, Clemmons. Drugs located during traffic stop.

• Jan. 3 — Found property — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject found social security card and insurance card.

• Jan. 3 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot apartment manager.

• Jan. 3 — Blackmail/extortion — 8000 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Suspicious email sent to person wanting money through Bitcoin.

• Jan. 3 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 5700 block of Woodside Forest Trail, Lewisville. Warrant service.

• Jan. 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 1300 block of Meadowgate Lane, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• Jan. 5 — Trespassing — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Man standing outside of business with a backpack.
