Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 8 — FCSO police service-security check, 5300 block of Graycliff Ln., Clemmons. Checked residence for suspicious activity.

• Dec. 8 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 8 — Traffic accident, 6400 block of Sessions Ct., Clemmons.

• Dec. 8 — Police service — non-criminal call for service, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Subject allegedly possessed handgun.

• Dec. 8 — Lost property, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Subject(s) took purse from shopping cart.

• Dec. 8 — Traffic accident, 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 8 — Traffic accident, 1000 block of S. Peace Haven, Clemmons.

• Dec. 8 — Automobile theft, 6700 block of Rollingwood Dr., Clemmons. Subject took vehicle from victim’s residence.

• Dec. 8 — Robbery, 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subjects armed with handgun robbed Lewisville Arcade.

• Dec. 8 — Police service — welfare check, 8000 block of Deverow Ct., Lewisville. Checked on the welfare of a subject.

• Dec. 9 — Trespassing, 6200 block of Hampton Hills Ct., Clemmons. Neighbor walked dog on other neighbor’s property.

• Dec. 9 — Communication threats — intimidation, non-physical, 7400 block of Fair Oaks Dr. Clemmons. Suspect sent threatening text to victim.

• Dec. 9 — Traffic accident, 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Cephis Dr., Clemmons.

• Dec. 10 — FCSO police service — fraud, 1900 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Reporting person had accounts opened in his name.

• Dec. 10 — FCSO police service — information provided, 7500 block of Peggy Dr., Clemmons. Subject believed a vehicle was registered in her name under her stolen identity.

• Dec. 10 — FCSO police service — information provided, 4600 block of Carriagebrook Ct., Clemmons. Davison County sheriff’s office located a subject check in someone else’s house.   

• Dec. 10 — Traffic accident, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 10 — Larceny for building, all other fraud, 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender attempted prescription fraud and stole merchandise.

• Dec. 10 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 6900 block of Village Medical Cr., Clemmons. Elder female located after reported missing from Clemmons Medical Center.

• Dec. 10 — Vandalism, 100 block of Westwood Village Dr., Clemmons. Suspect cut lock on gate.

• Dec. 11 — FCSO all other offense — animal-related, 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Dec. 11 — Suspicious person, 7000 block of Whitby Ave., Clemmons. Reporting person found attempted package delivery suspicious.

• Dec. 11 — police service — non-criminal call for service, 3000 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. FedEx driver got stuck in driveway.

• Dec. 11 — Vandalism, 1700 block of Pebble Run Ln., Clemmons. Car was vandalized with Vaseline and cheese.

• Dec. 11 — Traffic accident, 300 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 11 — Traffic accident, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 11 — Drug violation, 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located during traffic stop.

• Dec. 11 — Police service —assist agency, violation of auto law-all other, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject exceeded the posted speed limit.

• Dec. 11 — Vandalism, 500 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Woman wished to report her vehicle was vandalized.

• Dec. 11 — Vandalism, 600 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Subject hit victim’s car with beer bottles.

• Dec. 11 — Vandalism, 8000 block of Deverow Ct., Lewisville. Unknown subject(s) spray painted racial slur on driveway.

• Dec. 11 — Threatening suicide, 1200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject stated threats to harm herself to nurse.

• Dec. 12 — Trespassing, 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Ongoing property dispute between neighbors resulted in trespassing.

• Dec. 12 — Lost property, 800 block of Ridge Gate Dr., Lewisville. Female wished to report lost AirPods.

• Dec. 13 — Robbery, 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to rob store.

• Dec. 13 — Trouble with neighbor, 6900 block of Morgan Place Dr., Clemmons. Dispute between neighbors.

• Dec. 13 — FCSO all other offense — animal related, 100 block of Shallowford Reserve Dr., Lewisville. Stray dog.

• Dec. 14 — Traffic accident, 3800 block of Clemmons Road/Clinard Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 14 — FCSO police service — welfare check, 4000 block of Whirlaway Ct., Clemmons. Subject reported threatening suicide by therapist.
